Echigo rice beer is made with premium Niigata koshihikari rice. It’s brewed with old-school German decoction mashing. This adds more character to what would otherwise be a very light-flavored brew. German pilsner malt and malted wheat round out the grain bill. German Hersbrucker hops add a spicy, floral, and herbal character.
