Echigo Koshihikari Rice Lager

Echigo Beer makes this Koshihikari rice lager. It’s brewed in a tedious German decoction method bringing roasty malt elements to an otherwise mellow and soft lager. It’s the first craft beer from Japan and is still one of the best today.
