Suntory Roku Gin Saketini. This cocktail uses 1 oz each: Roku Gin, ginjo-shu sake, and Dolin Dry Vermouth.
Stir this sake drink over ice, then strain. Finally, garnish the martini with a lemon twist or cucumber.
This saki martini variation is significantly more flavorful than the standard vodka-based lightweight.
