Bara Chirashi vs Chirashi

Bara chirashi is a type of chirashi bowl with small pieces of sashimi. The raw fish is often marinated. Cooked ingredients like tamago, kanpyo, and oboro are common too.

Chirashi don is a common name for this style of sushi. But because it uses sushi rice and not plain white rice, it is not technically a type of donburi.
